We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days after receipt of payment. (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For which comes with a 1-3 working day delivery guarantee to UK addresses. (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
We always obtain a receipt and proof of posting.
There must be someone available at the delivery address to sign for your purchase.
If you have not received your purchase within 5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) please contact us and we will do our best to track it for you. Proof of postage does not guarantee delivery; it is simply proof that something was posted to an address; it may not be possible to track an undelivered item.
Postage and packaging is free to UK addresses for orders of £20.00 and over. There is a £2.00 P&P charge for all orders for £19.99 and under to UK addresses.
There is no free postage to overseas addresses. Postage to overseas addresses is charged for at current Post Office rates. If you want your purchase to be sent overseas please contact us for details prior to ordering.
Replacements, Returns and Refunds Policy
We offer a 100% replacement or refund on all our items if they arrive damaged or are genuinely faulty.
If an unwanted item is returned to us because it is not what you wanted; eg the wrong size etc; we will not refund the cost of return postage.
Unwanted items must be returned unused, in their original packaging.
If you wish to return an item, you should contact us immediately and we will give you a refund ID number. Any items returned without this number will not be refunded or replaced.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in order to be refunded. Items received after this will not be refunded.
For Health and Hygiene reasons, earrings, body jewellery and wind instruments cannot be returned.

Any data which is formally provided by you from completing any forms on our website; payment details from making a purchase; communication details from any emails or phone calls you may have with us. This information is kept by us for a maximum of 30 days after which it is securely destroyed. If you have requested news, event or product updates via email or text message, your email addresses and mobile phone numbers will be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive notifications via email or text message, at which point they will be securely destroyed.
We will not disclose, sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law.
We use PayPal and WorldPay to take your payments. These are safe and secure payment gateways.
PLEASE NOTE: The transmission of information via the Internet is not completely safe and secure and we cannot guarantee security of data sent to us electronically. The electronic transmission of personal data is entirely at your own risk.
The Data Protection Act 1998 and 2018 allows you the right to access any information we hold on you. If you require us to provide you with any details we may have for you , please contact us via any of our normal channels. There may be a small charge for this service.

We are not VAT registered and cannot provide you with a VAT receipt.
Because of the hand made nature of our items, there may be variations in the materials used, patterns, shapes, carvings and colours to those in the featured photos.
The stock on our website may differ from that in our Huntly shop.
