Refillery Recipe - Quick Cucumber Pickle Mix

Add a touch of decadence to your burgers and salads with this quick cucumber pickle mix!

Ready in just 30 minutes, it's brilliant with burgers and super with salads!

Ingredients: Sugar, Coriander Seeds, Star Anise.

You will need to add 100ml of white wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar or white vinegar) and half a cucumber.

Method: Heat in a pan with vinegar until sugar has melted.  Turn off heat and leave for around 30 minutes (or until cooled).  Add about half a cucumber (sliced, diced or whatever way you like it) and eat immediately (cucumber will go soft if left for longer).
